As the Work Well General Manager, Olga is excited to meet all our members and invite potential new members to come tour our wonderful coworking environment, talk with you about your office needs, and find that perfect space for you to be successful! Olga comes to us with 23 years of Hospitality and Sales & Marketing experience. She graduated from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Sciences & Merchandising with a minor in Psychology. A few years later, she had the desire to dive into the culinary and travel world, so she returned to UH and earned her second BS degree at the Conrad N. Hilton of College of Global Hospitality. She was a member of Par Excellence, an Honors organization dedicated to promoting the College. Her hotel sales career began with IHG and she's also worked for Omni Hotels & Resorts, as well as L'auberge Casino Resort. When Olga is away from work, she spends most of her spare time with her family -- her son, mom & sisters, and her beloved four-legged best friend, Bodhi. You can find them at most area parks playing soccer and frisbee every weekend -- then it's time to grill and chill!

Miranda wasn’t born in Texas, but got here as quick as she could. She grew up in south Texas where she spent summers fishing, hunting and playing golf. She attended Texas A&M University on a golf scholarship, where she still holds the record for the longest A&M golf career (6 years) after sustaining 2 shoulder surgeries. She rounded off her time in College Station with a Master’s in Real Estate. She spent the first couple of years of her career at a big firm where she learned, traveled and realized she longed for a small company feel that felt like family.
She joined Caldwell Companies in 2010 and led the team that launched The Work Well starting in 2017. When it comes to co-working, the idea that the office world was changing for the better resonated with her. Jumping on the co-working bandwagon has revived her passion for community where the enablement of working moms and entrepreneurs is encouraged, and creativity and collaboration are key.
When not at The Work Well, you can find Miranda with her arms full of tiny humans, dancing with princesses in her kitchen and slowly convincing her 4 and 2 year olds that they love golf. She is a mom of 3 kiddos, wife to her husband Brad, and loves her church community at Bayou City Fellowship.

William is our Community and Workstyle Director - that's kinda like the cruise director on a ship, only he doesn't leave port. He's responsible for managing our members operational needs and helps coordinate programming, events and marketing for The Work Well. If needed, he'll also provide turn down service and a mint on your pillow at the end of the day.
William graduated from Texas Christian University with a Major in Radio-TV-Film and a Minor in Journalism. If you press him, he’ll tell you about the three years he served as the TCU mascot – Superfrog! He also keeps his writing skills sharp by being a freelance reporter for the Houston Chronicle, covering high school football.
William has over 25 years of work experience – all that really means is he's getting old! He tries to stay young at heart by being active as Cubmaster for his son's Cub Scout Pack, coaching Upwards Sports and leading junior high Sunday School classes at Good Shepherd UMC. He also enjoys reading, golf, tennis, cycling and watching high school and college football.
