
This summer, the Work Well has started a weekly Wellness program to help members and guests keep their bodies, minds, and health in check! Our friends at Villa Sport have agreed to host a fitness class every Wednesday in through August for our members.
THIS CLASSES ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC EVENT – we encourage everyone to bring a friend and take advantage of these FREE classes. All you need to bring is a towel and a fun attitude! We hope you can join us on this Wellness Journey – if you have any questions please call 281-955-9355.

Class Descriptions
Barre – Full-body toning with a focus on movement, alignment, core strength, coordination, muscle building/lengthening
Bodyflow – a 45 minute athletic blend of yoga, tai chi, and pilates.
CXWORX – a 30 minute core workout
Mats & water will be provided
