Managing a Healthy Mind for Your Physical and Professional Well Being

The Work Well's Summer of Wellness continues with an inspirational conversation by Jenny Normand of Shaka Power Yoga. Jenny believes in building better communities and improving lives by filling communities with “Aloha founded through the practice of Yoga”. She also leads groups through best practices to stay mentally and emotionally fit. These traits help individuals gain a better understanding of how your personal and professional lives are impacted by a positive mental outlook. In addition, attendees and Work Well members will receive a complimentary YOGA class at the Shaka Power Yoga studio in Cypress.​

The format of this event is a 1 hour Lunch and Learn presentation with Jenny Normand leading an informational presentation session / Q&A with audience members.
