We’re kicking the new year off right with an outstanding 2019 Business Planning Session led by Terra Bohlmann on Tuesday, January 15 from 11:30a – 1p.
Terra is a Business Coach and creator of The Business Map Method. She will take your ideas and run them through her filter to sift out CONFUSION and leave you with the CONFIDENCE to run a profitable business. Her mission is to provide tools and strategies to allow others to impact the world.
She is the 2016 Managing Director of the Year for the largest women’s networking organization in North America, the 2016 + 2017 Forbes Magazine Coaches Council Member and has been featured in The Huffington Post and Ladies Home Journal.

2019 is right around the corner and now is the perfect time to set some lofty goals for the new year. Author Gary Dahse will outline “The Dahse Difference” and how to build a strategic plan for your life in order to achieve your biggest goals. Gary will be speaking at The Work Well on Wednesday, December 5th.

He is the author of “Tell Me What To Do”, a self-help book focused on how to build a strategic plan for your life. He consults with highly successful entrepreneurs and corporations, teaching them to develop their unique attributes and abilities and recognize their full potential.

As we head into the busy holiday season, The Work Well is excited to host noted life and wellness coach Jennifer Gaudet as she discusses how you can Prioritize to Productivity!
Jennifer will provide insight and tips on best practices to prioritize your work and personal schedules to be most efficient and productive with your days. She’ll also show the importance of saying NO, especially during the stresses that always accompany the end of year.
The event is Tuesday, October 30th from 11:30 – 1pm. This is a roundtable discussion, so seating is limited. The event is Free, but you must RSVP for lunch.

The Work Well has enjoyed hosting FREE YOGA classes the past few months and are offering one more class in 2018.
Thursday, October 18 from 5:45p – 7p is the date to come relax, stretch your body and soul, and meet new friends. Remember that YOGA mats will be available – all you need to bring is a towel and a fun attitude.
Jenny Normand with Shaka Power Yoga is again leading the class. Shaka’s mission is to build community filled with ALOHA – with Yoga as its foundation.
